HT7833 Linear Voltage Regulator IC – Low Dropout – 500mA – SOT23

The HT7833 Linear Voltage Regulator IC is a linear regulator that features low quiescent current (4mA typ.) with low dropout voltage, making it ideal for battery applications. This devices are capable of supplying 500mA of output current continuously. It has fixed output voltage of 3.3V . Although HT7833 is designed primarily as fixed voltage regulators, these devices can be used with external components to obtain variable voltages and currents. These rugged devices have Thermal Shutdown and Current Limiting to prevent device failure under the “Worst” of operating conditions.
